Marc Gasperino Joins Teneo as a Senior Managing Director

Teneo, the global CEO advisory firm, today announced the appointment of Marc Gasperino as Senior Managing Director in the Talent Advisory Group.

Most recently, Marc was a Partner at ON Partner, a retained executive search firm. In that role, he successfully recruited C-level, board and critical digital lifecycle roles ranging from customer outreach and acquisition, product development and user experience and analytics for companies at various stages of their development, from early-stage start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. His clients spanned from consumer, technology, media and entertainment, financial services, life sciences and industrial sectors.

Prior to On Partners, Marc was at Korn Ferry, where he was a senior client partner and managing director of the firm’s Digital Practice. Previously, he served as managing partner of the Global Digital Practice for CT Partners, and head of Northeast operations for Corporate Information Systems. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Marist College in Poughkeepsie, New York.
