Seán Earley

Managing Director

Seán Earley is a Managing Director at Teneo and specializes in Digital Communications and Social Strategy. Seán helps lead the social team in the Dublin office.

Prior to his current role, Mr. Earley was Head of Digital for Slattery Communications for three years where he built and managed the social / digital offering for existing clients and grew the team to include in-house function of graphic design and video production. Mr. Earley’s career has included a past of creative roles in advertising in house at a number of media outlets across Ireland, including Dublin radio stations FM104 and Q102, before moving to agency roles. He holds a position of authority on social media and digital marketing and regularly contributes to media articles and broadcasts for Irish Times, Irish Independent and RTÉ 2FM.

His current client base spans a whole host of industry including FMCG, Retail, Pharma and Insurance. Key clients of note include German retailer Lidl, Irish Distillers Pernod Ricard and Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company. In service to these clients Mr. Earley delivers award winning creative campaigns across the social / digital space combining communications strategies with creative asset creation and roll out. He has also worked with global Teneo offices via Teneo Global Studio based in Dublin servicing content requirements of our global clients including AlixPartners, McDonald’s and Facebook.

He is currently the only person to have ever been shortlisted for the PRCA Young Communications Professional of the Year twice in Ireland, is finalist for Young Digital Professional of the Year 2018. He also serves on the Digital Expert Group for the European Beverage Council and previously as a Board Director on the Irish Internet Association.

He is a Dubliner, holds a BSc. in Multimedia from Dublin City University, Google Adwords certification and outside of his current role he has worked with the Digital Marketing Institute to develop and deliver the Post Graduate Diploma Syllabus in Digital Selling and Social Media Management.
