Teneo’s Financial Advisory business partners with clients to find viable opportunities that will protect and enhance value and helps them to build strategies to realize their goals.  Our services include litigation support, restructuring, business transformation, capital, M&A and transaction services.



We are seeking a professional with 4+ years of valuation, accounting, corporate finance or litigation support experience to join our growing financial advisory team. We offer a unique entrepreneurial environment and the opportunity to work directly with counsel and parties in litigation including hedge funds and investment funds, companies, owners and directors & officers. The candidate we seek should have the ability to hit the ground running. Our highly entrepreneurial culture provides for a broad range of responsibilities as well as strong potential for professional growth.



  • Providing analysis to support commercial disputes
  • Preparing valuations and solvency analyses and damages calculations
  • Forensic reviews of books and records
  • Apply business, economics, finance, accounting and analytical skills to various client situations and practice disciplines
  • Prepare or analyze cash flow forecasts, business plans and financial models
  • Reviewing documents to ascertain significance and takeaways
  • Industry and business research
  • Prepare presentations and reports



  • Ability to take responsibility for deliverables as well as educate junior staff
  • Ability to analyze financial statements with ability to design, build and use financial and valuation models
  • Ability to extract useful information from large sets of unorganized or incomplete data
  • Strong communication and business writing skills
  • Analytical and attentive to detail
  • Exceptional Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills
  • Excellent research abilities including familiarity with Bloomberg, Capital IQ etc.
