The Role:

As Office Administrator, you will provide high quality support to our 80+ headcount across Ireland, working in conjunction with the Chief Operating Officer for Ireland to deliver an effective and efficient support service to the business. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced office administrator to grow their skills, work independently, and deliver and support the wider business agenda across Ireland. 

You will have at least 2 years relevant experience within a similar role. In addition, you will have knowledge in scheduling and prioritising whilst having excellent interpersonal skills.  Excellent oral/written communication skills, the ability to work off your own initiative in a fast-paced environment, exceptional attention to detail, and excellent computer literacy are essential.   

This is a 9-month maternity cover role.

 Key responsibilities:

  • Assist with the management team with ad-hoc administration tasks (phone calls, making copies, checking, and sending mail and email, etc.)
  • Manage the meeting room calendar.
  • Coordinate and book travel, event venues and restaurants
  • Liaise with IT team regarding IT support in the office, internet, phones, and onboarding support.
  • Maintain appearance of office / common areas.
  • Coordination of office repairs & maintenance such as plumbing, water, painting issues, access, alarm.
  • Manage & communicate with providers & vendors such as office cleaners, alarm company etc.
  • Supervise maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment
  • Order all canteen supplies, office equipment & stationery.
  • Coordinating and ordering mobile phones & laptops.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair of office equipment
  • Smooth running of the office; general day to day office co-ordination.


  • Minimum of 2 year’s experience 
  • Relevant professional qualification
  • Flexible approach to work and ability to work on own initiative
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Highly organised and efficient with excellent project management skills
  • Knowledge in MS Office package with Intermediate Excel
  • Ability to multi-task and demonstrate excellent attention to detail
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders, managing expectations and needs appropriately and pragmatically
  • Ability to work with different partners and departments
  • Confidence to improve and manage systems
