The role

A Consultant at Teneo is responsible for providing the highest quality of service to our clients and plays a pivotal role in managing client’s day to day plans and project-based scope of work, anticipating needs and identifying potential issues ahead of them becoming problems. Consultants set high standards and play key role in monitoring quality of work and ensuring agreed timelines are met. Our Consultants also play a key role in supporting junior team members’ development; ensuring opportunities to learn, on-the-job coaching and a motivating team environment to work in.

  • Provides support to senior leadership on new business initiatives (e.g. insightful research, development of proposals/ideas)

Key Criteria

  • A passion for partnering directly with senior executives to create, enhance and protect reputational equity on a global scale.
  • Excellent writing, organizational, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • An ability to work to tight deadlines across several different client mandates and industry sectors
  • An understanding of the business operating environment
  • Experience of managing client projects from start to finish with an emphasis on results delivery and client satisfaction
  • A team player with a positive can-do attitude who also enjoys working on their own initiative
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • A relevant third level qualification
  • Legally authorised to work in Ireland
