Our clients include a significant number of the Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 as well as other major global corporations, and cross a diverse array of sectors including Consumer Goods, Financial Services, Healthcare, Leisure & Hospitality, Software, Transport, and TMT.

 

What You’ll Do:

As a Senior Associate, you will work in teams of other consultants to deliver solutions for clients, including:

  • Structuring specific client problems or challenges and developing approaches to solve them
  • Building client relationships to improve our ability to understand and address their challenges
  • Conducting client or industry-specific research, testing hypotheses and developing insights
  • Developing and communicating recommendations that drive to action
  • Participating in or leading client presentations, workshops and meetings
  • Coaching junior team members on structured thinking, effective communications, research and analytics, and team- and client-relationship building
  • Collaborating with experts across Teneo to bring cross-functional insights to our clients

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA is strongly preferred
  • 4 + years’ relevant work experience, with prior experience in management consulting preferred
  • Outstanding track record in academics and leadership in previous work experience and/or relevant extracurriculars
  • Ability to structure and solve problems through analytical and strategic thinking
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team with people at all levels in an organization, and to influence and challenge when needed
  • Experience driving own workstream within the context of a broader project objective
  • Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Independently motivated with a commitment to excellence
  • Comfort in ambiguous, fast-paced situations
  • Intellectual curiosity and interest in developing new areas of expertise
