The People Team at Teneo

As a Talent Acquisition Partner within Teneo you'll partner with senior stakeholders to provide an efficient end-to-end delivery of the recruitment process.

This role is an integral part of a collegiate, ambitious, and highly professional Global People team that aims to always drive innovation, efficiencies, and progressive people solutions to ensure we continue to be an employer of choice.

Within this role you'll demonstrate extensive experience and knowledge of delivering best in-house recruitment practice, implement innovative sourcing strategies and effective talent acquisition plans, drive process changes and efficiencies and make decisions in a timely manner that are logical and rational. This role is London based but can consider regional applications subject to experience.

Key Attributes

Working closely with the HR team, you will help support the development and implementation of a holistic resourcing strategy, driving continuous improvement and innovation, across all hire types from student to Senior Managing Director level. This role is extremely varied involving a lot of stakeholder engagement and project work.  It is also a fantastic platform to develop your experience working in a dynamic HR model with ambitions to shape the firm’s wider talent agenda. Responsibilities include:

  • Partner with the HR, Resourcing and Business teams to drive the local resourcing strategy and plans, across all hiring area
  • Provide end-to-end delivery of the recruitment process ensuring a first class candidate experience
  • Partner with the various recruitment teams to deliver all resourcing requirements from Contractors, Experienced Hire recruitment, Junior Talent programmes, candidate attraction, and global mobility where needed.
  • Provide insight and guidance to resourcing centers of excellence on strategic direction business, ensuring all activity aligns to business growth and need
  • Develop and execute innovative and effective sourcing strategies that suit both volume and niche hiring plans
  • Build strong relationships with key business stakeholders and HR including attending operational meetings, workforce planning forums, resourcing reviews and creating the resourcing strategy
  • Lead on lateral partner hiring for your business area, including working with sponsoring partners and third party suppliers to deliver key senior hires
  • Management and resolution of day to day operational recruitment queries and issue management.
  • Collate and present MI, reporting and market research analysis to team and stakeholders, interpreting data and providing insight to inform business and resourcing strategy
  • Drive and support on recruitment related initiatives in relation to diversity and inclusion, assessment, technology, attraction etc.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Proven, extensive, in-house recruitment experience, ideally with sector experience in Consulting/Corporate Finance 
  • Experience of Senior stakeholder Relationship management - strong client engagement skills with a proven ability to manage and influence stakeholders
  • Strong evidence of direct sourcing capability – proven headhunting experience as well as previous experience of wider sourcing strategies
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure high quality deliverables to the business
  • Experience in reporting and MI for senior stakeholders
  • In-house recruitment experience across at least two area of resourcing (experienced hire, candidate attraction, student hiring, contractor resourcing, senior level hiring etc.)
  • Relationship management - strong client engagement skills with a proven ability to manage and influence stakeholders
  • Effective collaboration - proven ability to thrive in a complex matrix environment and collaborate effectively with broader HR teams
  • Rounded experience across both volume and niche based requirements
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills, able to manage numerous tasks and pieces of work at the same time
  • Agile thinking and finding alternate, innovative and non-standard solutions to issues and challenges
  • Effective change agent, able to influence and negotiate with people at all levels of the organisation
  • Analytical and insightful, able to use data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities to improve
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure high quality deliverables to the business
  • In house or outsourced recruitment experience across at least two facets of resourcing (experienced hire, candidate attraction, student hiring, contractor resourcing, senior level hiring etc.)
  • High levels of self-awareness and committed to personal development with a growth mind-set.
