Megan Fenton has been a trusted advisor to senior executives as well as communications and investor relations practitioners for more than a decade. Her experience includes having supported some of the largest and most complex M&A and spinoff transactions in recent years.

In this capacity, Megan advises clients and their leadership teams on their communications strategies and messaging, refines company narratives to highlight clients’ growth potential and value proposition and plays an integral role in material development to capture executive voices. In addition to ongoing public and investor relations, her areas of expertise include friendly and hostile M&A, corporate crises and issues management, and leadership transitions.

Prior to joining Teneo in 2012, Megan began her career at General Electric as a member of the Financial Management Program, which specializes in leadership development for the finance function.

Megan is a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross, with a B.A. degree in economics and accounting. She lives in Boston, MA with her family.
