Malissa Mack is a Managing Director with Teneo’s People Advisory group. With a primary focus on F500 and PE Growth companies, she partners with Teneo clients to execute C-suite and VP Executive Searches.

Malissa has over 18 years of search, talent advisory and commercial experience in several industries.

Prior to joining Teneo, Malissa was with Korn Ferry as a Sector Leader in the Global Technology and Software Practice where she played a key role in growth and expansion of the sector. She specialized in recruiting leadership for publicly traded, private and private-equity-backed companies in the Software and Platforms, Digital, IoT, Telematics and Systems and Devices markets.

Malissa also served as a Vice President of Sales and Marketing for a PE backed German medical device company where she built and led high performing global teams while living in Munich, Germany. In that role she gained global experience and develop a keen ability to align and balance stakeholders on strategic initiatives.
