Krystyna Nowak is a Senior Managing Director with Teneo’s People Advisory team. She has over 14 years’ experience in board search across all sectors, focusing primarily on chair and non executive director appointments. She has also been asked by clients to advise on board composition and succession planning issues.

Prior to executive search, her early career was with Citigroup where she spent nearly two decades in a variety of senior roles in both Europe and Asia.

Krystyna is a Trustee of London Youth Rowing and of the Oxford and Cambridge Rowing Foundation. She has been a non executive director of Aberdeen Asian Income Fund Limited since 2015. In 2021 she joined the Board of Record Plc as a non executive director.

She holds an MA in Physics from the University of Oxford and a PGDL from the College of Law.
